Citizens for Environmental Balance (CEB) is a grassroots, volunteer, citizen's group dedicated to ensuring that the People's voice is heard during public debate regarding the important issues that will have a long-term impact on the quality of our community's environment and our children's future. This involves the preservation of our historic neighborhoods, the conservation of our ecological treasures, the protection of our open spaces and responsible economic and social endeavors that enrich the Greater Newburyport Area. Our Mission To ensure that all citizens are represented in the decision-making process regarding environmental issues. To ensure that there is transparency in decision-making process of our elected officials. To present factual information so that informed decisions can be made regarding the future of the community.
